Welcome!

Life can present us with challenges that feel overwhelming. Connecting with someone trained in the art of helping you work through these challenges can be just the thing you need to see the light leading to a better tomorrow.

“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives.”
― Bessel A. van der Kolk, The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma

My wish for your therapy experience is for you to find a therapist who takes the time to learn about you, your needs, and your goals, so that you feel able to achieve anything you set your mind to. It's never too late to start living the life you've always wanted.

About Jodie Robison, Owner & Provider

As a therapist, I am rewarded by helping people realize their full potential. As part of that process, I take the time to develop a solid connection with my clients to ensure I fully understand their concerns and goals...

I am writing to inform you that I have made the decision to close my therapy practice, Solutions Therapy, LLC (accessed directly through practice name as well as ALMA and Grow Therapy). My last day for scheduled in-person sessions will be 26 February 2026 and virtual sessions will be 11 March 2026. This decision was not made lightly, and it has been an honor and a privilege to work with individuals on their journeys toward wellness. I deeply value the trust clients have placed in me.

An individual's mental health records are also important for their future care. Records will be securely archived in compliance with applicable state law and ethical guidelines at the time of the practice closure (KY - 5 years after last appointment; MA - 7 years after last appointment; TN - 10 years after last appointment). If you would like a copy of the records, please email me at jodie@solutionstherapyllc.com. Please know that any records sent electronically will be sent via HIPAA compliant, encrypted email service.

As the continued ability to seek care is important after the office closure, I have compiled a list of resources through which individuals may be able to seek care (your state may also have a website to assist you with this). As with all healthcare services, please check with your insurance to determine the status of the provider (in-network, out-of-network, etc.). I encourage clients to reach out to new providers as soon as possible to establish care if they feel the continued need.

If you find yourself in crisis after the practice closes and before you engage with a new provider, please reach out to your local crisis service provider or call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 9-8-8.
